Dear Friends and Supporters of the University City Symphony Orchestra,
The health and well-being of our audience members, musicians, and community is our highest priority. In order to protect your health and that of our musicians during this unprecedented health crisis caused by the COVID-19 virus, the UCSO has made the very difficult decision to cancel our 2019-2020 Season finale scheduled for Sunday, April 26. It is especially disappointing to cancel this concert, as it was to feature some of the most amazing young musicians from our area! With your help and support we will find ways to feature these emerging artists in future performances. Your commitment to the UCSO is inspiring
and we thank you for your continued support as we navigate this unusual time together. Our community will recover from this crisis, and when we do, we will again share FREE musical experiences as “The World's Most Adventurous Community Orchestra.” We promise you that we will return to playing and sharing music as soon as it is safe to do so. We are hard at work planning our 2020-2021 Season—our 60th Anniversary! We will be announcing these exciting details later this summer. Your continued support to UCSO will make our plans a reality!
